Jim Fulton is a Scottish Chartered Accountant and has worked in Hong Kong for over 30 years. Since 1984, he has been a partner and director of the Hong Kong group. In 1994, he became the Chairman of Moore Stephens Asia Pacific Limited and is also a member of the Moore Stephens International Policy Committee, the governing body for Moore Stephens International Limited. Apart from auditing, Jim has had considerable experience and involvement in various other areas, such as mergers/ acquisitions, public flotations, viability studies and corporate restructuring exercises, international consultancy, etc.
